Mandy Rother (she/her) is a functional RD & functional medicine nutrition specialist who specializes in a holistic approach to PMDD. She combines 15+ years of professional experience with 15+ years of lived experience of PMDD to create our revolutionary method. 

She specializes in using data and lab testing so that you can stop guessing and take strategic steps towards relief. Her mission is to provide trauma-informed compassionate coaching, driven by data, to help others stop losing days to PMDD and reclaim their lives.
