I was diagnosed with PMDD almost 20 years ago, alongside IBS, PCOS, anxiety, and depression that intensified my symptoms. Like so many, I spent years cycling through medications, supplements, and protocols that helped a little—or not at all—without ever explaining why. That lived experience, combined with 15+ years of training in nutrition and functional medicine, is what shaped the approach I use today.
