PMDD doesn't just live in one person's body.

It ripples through the relationship.

Even when both people care deeply, the pattern can start to feel confusing, painful, and hard to shift.

One person may be thinking: “I don’t want to hurt the person I love. I wish I could stop it in the moment instead of regretting it after.”

The partner may be thinking: “I want to help, but I don’t know how. I don’t always know when to give space, move closer, or what actually helps.”

And often, both people are trying so hard.

This workshop is a place to slow the pattern down, understand what may be happening, and begin creating a shared way through it.

Not by making one person the problem. And not by pretending one conversation can fix everything.

But by learning how to recognize the pattern earlier, communicate with more care, and find your way back to each other with more clarity.

What This Workshop Is & Isn't

This workshop was created for couples navigating PMDD or cyclical mood shifts that are affecting the relationship.

This isn't...

  • Trying to figure out if this relationship is “right” or not
  • A quick fix or one conversation that solves everything
  • A replacement for deeper support like therapy or treatment

This is...

  • A starting point to better understand what’s happening
  • Simple ways to stay connected—even when it’s hard
  • Tools to help protect your relationship during the harder moments

Come Together or Come on Your Own

This workshop is designed for both partners to attend together when possible.

But if your partner isn’t able or ready to join, you are still welcome. You can come on your own, learn the tools, and bring them back to the relationship.

Here's What to Expect

In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll:

  • Understand why cyclical mood changes can intensify conflict during certain parts of the cycle so the hard moments feel less like a personal failure
  • Recognize the early signs that things are starting to shift, and create a shared language before you’re already in the thick of it
  • Move from “you vs. me” to “we’re in this together” so both people feel less blamed and more on the same team
  • Use simple tools you can personalize to your relationship and return to again and again so that you can rebuild trust with each other over time

This is a hands-on space to make sense of what’s happening and begin building a plan for the moments that usually feel hardest.

During the workshop, you’ll practice and personalize what you’re learning in real time.

You’ll leave with a workbook that becomes your own PMDD couples guide — something you can return to again and again when the harder moments show up.
