PMDD & Relationships

90-minutes • Watch anytime, together or apart • Workbook included • $27
PMDD doesn't just live in one person's body.
It ripples through the relationship.
Â
Even when both people care deeply, the pattern can start to feel confusing, painful, and hard to shift.
One person may be thinking: “It’s like a switch flips. I don’t feel like myself, and suddenly I’m questioning everything.”
The partner may be thinking: “I want to help, but I honestly don’t know the right thing to do.”
And often, both people are trying so hard.
Â
This workshop is a place to slow the pattern down, understand what's happening, and create a shared way through it.
Not by making one person the problem, but by learning how to recognize the pattern earlier, communicate with more care, and find your way back to each other.
What This Workshop Is & Isn't
This workshop was created for couples navigating PMDD or cyclical mood shifts that are affecting the relationship.
This isn't...
-
Trying to figure out if this relationship is “right” or not
-
A quick fix or one conversation that solves everything
-
A replacement for deeper support like therapy or treatment
Â
This is...
-
A starting point to better understand what’s happening
-
Simple ways to stay connected—even when it’s hard
-
Tools to help protect your relationship during the harder moments

Watch Together or On Your Own
One purchase covers both of you — watch on the couch, on your phones, or on your own time.
Together, you'll start recognizing the pattern early and building the language to name it — shifting from "me vs. you" to "us and PMDD."
If your partner isn't ready to join yet, you're still welcome. Learn the tools, bring them back to the relationship, and invite your partner in when the time is right.
Here's What to Expect
The workshop is 90 minutes, structured around four sections. Each one is designed to help you see what's been happening between you a little more clearly.
1. Understanding the Waves: Biology
How PMDD shows up in the body and across the cycle — so the hard weeks start to make sense as biology, not character, and stop feeling like a personal failure.
2. Noticing the Waves: Between Us
Two experiences named side by side so both partners feel less alone in what they've been carrying, and the story shifts from "me vs. you" to "us and PMDD."
3. Riding the Waves: Practical Tools
Four tools you'll personalize together to recognize the pattern early, agree on a shared signal, communicate on low-capacity days, and build a return ritual.
4. Preparing for the Next Wave
Turn what you’ve learned into something you can keep using — with reflection prompts and a plan for what you want to remember, practice, and return to between cycles.
Â
You’ll leave with Riding the Wave: A Couples Workbook — a 30-page PDF that mirrors the workshop’s arc, with dual-perspective prompts, the tools you build together, and space to keep noticing what changes as the pattern shows up again. Not homework. A guide you can return to across cycles.
